Accountancy

The Accountancy Division within HLB Sefico was established in 1925 and is one of the largest Belgian fiduciaries.

A team of accountants accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants (I.A.B.), offers you assistance in matters pertaining to:

  • the incorporation of companies and all formalities connected with the registration of companies;
  • your day-to-day bookkeeping;
  • drawing up and analyzing interim balance sheets;
  • drawing up and keeping control of your administrative documentation (management tables, budgeting, analytical bookkeeping ...)
  • the preparation, editing, and depositing of your annual account;
  • drawing up drafts of minutes of General Meetings and meetings of the Board of Directors;
  • conducting all related formalities, such as, for instance, the preparation of the agenda and the arrangements required for convocations;
  • drawing up the tax declarations and attachments, the drawing up of notices of objection, providing the client with assistance in his contacts with the Tax Office and with tax audits;
  • your individual control and audit competence as shareholder of a company where no auditor has been appointed (article 166 Companies Act)
